All AAC employees have a responsibility to behave in a manner, which ensures that
their actions, do not adversely affect the health, safety and Wellbeing of themselves,
colleagues, contractors or members of the public.
All About Caring employees must:
- Meet all responsibilities as outlined in AAC Occupational Health and Safety Policies;
- Participate in any training implemented by the company;
- Comply with all safety directives and work instructions;
- Immediately report any incident or potential hazard to their supervisor;
- Correctly use any Personal Protective Equipment provided;
- Continually assess surroundings and reduce the risk of injury at all times.

Quality Improvement practices implemented by all staff at All About Caring contribute

AAC is currently enrolled in the Attendant Care Industry Association (ACiA) Attendant
Care Industry Management System Standard (ACIMSS).
